Hugs and kisses X .You will be pampered and praised , and showered with a lot of gifts!! You might even have a big birthday bash on those special years sweet 16 ,sweet 18, sweet 21 and so on… Yes you made it another year , you survived another year  , you have grown!!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

But when we really think about it , what are we actually celebrating? Yes we are celebrating life! Because there are enough people who have heard they wouldn´t even make it to an certain age , and you just gained one. Some people might even have heard it is their last couple of weeks and you have just added on to your age. Some people might dream of going back to the day they where your age (because life was so good for them at that period).

Yes that alone is enough reason to celebrate! And not only on your birthday. But celebrate life every single day of your life. Because today you will be the youngest you have ever been and the oldest you will ever be. So why not sit back for a moment , smile , and be glad that you are here , and here is now and it’s al good. Because you are alive!!
